Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030) including AI ethics frameworks, quantum computing applications, and decentralized systems
- Lead research initiatives on future human-machine interfaces and neuro-interactive technologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-departmental innovation workshops
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping tools
