Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate market opportunities into strategic initiatives
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI on moonshot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ examples required)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Experience scaling teams from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Portfolio of 2026-focused tech patents or research papers
