Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum computing systems
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities in Web4 and biotech
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present findings to C-suite and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior researchers while publishing 2-3 industry whitepapers annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record leading multi-million dollar R&D initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI and biotechnology in EU/US markets
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of scalable technology solutions with measurable market impact
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
