Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning AI, quantum computing, and green tech adoption
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets through stakeholder negotiations
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, etc.) as keynote speaker
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in emerging technology domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 100 companies for pilot deployments
- Author industry white papers on 2026 technology paradigms and disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech implementation
- Track record of securing >$3M innovation budgets and delivering ROI
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ international markets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in English with optional Mandarin/Spanish for APAC/LATAM expansion
