- Lead quantum computing integration projects with 100+ qubit systems
- Architect AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making in ethical AI environments
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for emerging tech incubators
- Pioneer carbon-negative tech solutions for Fortune 100 partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied quantum algorithms
- Present at Davos and Web Summit on future tech governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or ethical AI
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $50M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Security clearance for DoD tech partnerships preferred
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized patents in emerging tech
