Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, Web4.0) and assess commercial viability
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and scalable deployment of futuristic solutions
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ technology horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with 3+ years horizon planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI ethics, spatial computing, or biotech integration)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting tools
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
