Responsibilities
- Lead development of the 2026 technology strategy roadmap and innovation framework
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate strategic vision into actionable R&D projects
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive cross-functional initiatives between product, marketing, and operations teams
- Develop ethical guidelines for AI implementation and sustainable tech practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum computing applications, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Track record of launching successful tech initiatives from concept to market
