Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives on emerging technologies (AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech convergence)
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic inflection points
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical implementation of breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Build predictive models for tech adoption and market disruption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of translating complex tech concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic circles
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
