Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaborative systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation governance
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and venture capital partnerships
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech from lab to market (quantum/AI/ML preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE)
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA-style funding
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global tech innovation circles
- Certification in technology ethics frameworks (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
