Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystem integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present disruption scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our internal academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum, biotech, or space tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and disruption modeling
- Global network of tech innovators and venture capitalists
