Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-forward technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Create future-proof technology governance frameworks for ethical deployment
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with >$10M impact
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping in regulated industries
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
