Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for competitive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-focused digital transformation initiatives
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track strategic innovation impact and ROI
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Forge partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of anticipating tech disruptions and translating them to market advantage
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field required
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
