Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum computing and AI innovation initiatives
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive tech trends
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise on compliance strategies
- Write thought leadership pieces for industry publications and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership role
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major industry forums
