- Establish KPIs for measuring tech adoption impact on business transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech innovations with $50M+ impact
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFT) or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for experimental technologies
- Publish record in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent innovation forums
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
