Responsibilities

- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for prototype development and testing
- Present strategic frameworks to executive board and external investors
- Build and lead a 10-person cross-disciplinary innovation team
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership or R&D management
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives from concept to launch
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Experience with agile methodologies in complex tech environments
- Demonstrated ability to secure funding for futuristic projects
