Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum-resistant security
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed narratives
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products from 0 to market in AI/quantum/biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Deep expertise in Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi Methodology forecasting
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Experience scaling global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
