Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interaction paradigms
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance protocols
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders on tech disruption scenarios
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership papers on the societal impact of 2026 technological shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven future-tech impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or 4th industrial revolution
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience building and scaling global innovation labs or corporate ventures
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting tools
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Portfolio of implemented tech innovations with measurable market impact
