Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, bio-AI) to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Develop competitive intelligence reports on global tech disruptors and patent landscapes
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic research labs and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (e.g., published reports or patents)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation policies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization initiatives
