What You'll Do:

Responsibilities
- Research and report on emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, AR/VR)
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation
- Partner with engineering teams to validate future tech feasibility
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders quarterly
- Manage innovation pipeline with KPI-driven success metrics
- Represent company at global tech summits and conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing innovation labs or R&D programs
