Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market adoption
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum algorithms, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, Singularity University)
