Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Conduct advanced research on emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future strategies into organizational DNA
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, industry forums, and patent development
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Foster startup partnerships for technology scouting and acquisition opportunities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record launching products that shaped market evolution (2018-2024)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex tech ecosystems
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leader with minimum 10 industry keynotes
- Certified in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFM) or equivalent strategic foresight training
