Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies for 2026-2030 horizon
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs with global research partners
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Oversee patent portfolio development for futuristic technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and impact
- Collaborate with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futures
