- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish innovation metrics to track strategic initiatives' long-term impact
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk modeling
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi) required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives implemented
