Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Proven track record in commercializing quantum or AI solutions
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Deep understanding of semiconductor limitations and post-quantum cryptography
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
