Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI of future-tech initiatives
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of radical experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across multiple markets
