- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR) for disruptive adoption
- Lead innovation incubators and R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual budget
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with frontier tech labs and academic institutions
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property frameworks for future innovations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-generation technology implementation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of implementing transformative technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and future forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
