Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) to determine their strategic relevance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot innovative solutions for internal and client challenges.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
- Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.
