Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Horizon Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for 2026, identifying emerging technologies that will disrupt the market.
- Architect Future Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and innovative technical architectures for next-generation products and services.
- Market Analysis & Trend Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research on global tech trends to inform executive decision-making and investment strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Prototyping & Proof of Concepts: Spearhead the development of high-fidelity prototypes to validate emerging technology hypotheses.
- Talent & Culture Development: Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, systems architecture, or product management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
- Emerging Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding and demonstrated experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3 technologies.
- Technical Fluency: Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and modern software development methodologies (Agile/DevOps).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and formulate creative, long-term technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and pivot strategies based on new data.
