- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Automation) into our operational framework.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Monitor global tech trends and provide thought leadership on their potential impact.
- Manage a budget for innovation pilots and strategic technology investments.
- Establish metrics to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology, Digital Transformation, or Product Management.
- Proven experience in developing long-term technology roadmaps (5-10 year horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at the executive level.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment is highly preferred.
