Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI/quantum integration frameworks
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and formulate competitive response strategies
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry leaders
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and market impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact on 5+ product launches
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Executive experience scaling tech teams to 500+ professionals
- Deep expertise in Web3, neuromorphic computing, or carbon-negative tech
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Go)
- Proven ability to secure $100M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
- Track record of mentoring CTOs and VPs of Innovation
