Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 vision, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Lead cross-functional research and development (R&D) initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation technologies.
- Analyze market data and competitor technologies to inform strategic decision-making and product innovation.
- Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with business objectives and operational goals.
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects, ensuring they meet high standards of feasibility and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, R&D Management, or Product Management within a high-tech environment.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully integrating them into business strategies.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping tools.
