Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company's long-term technology roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Strategic Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and innovative architectural frameworks that support rapid business growth.
- Emerging Tech Assessment: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for integration into our product suite.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor senior technical leads and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the R&D department.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-level executives and product managers to align technology strategy with broader business goals.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets for R&D initiatives and ensure optimal allocation of engineering resources for high-priority projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic technology leadership roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to define and implement long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps with proven results.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
