- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals, forecasting technological shifts two years out.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and validate emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline (e.g., AI integration, Edge Computing, Biotech convergence).
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with startups and research institutions to accelerate our 2026 innovation pipeline.
- Roadblock Resolution: Anticipate technical and operational bottlenecks in the 2026 transition and develop mitigation strategies.
- Pilot Program Management: Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for 2026 technologies, managing budgets and timelines to ensure successful scaling.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical forecasts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with a proven track record of forward-thinking planning.
