Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Lead the definition and execution of the company’s 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key disruptive trends.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech integration) to forecast future market needs.
- Roadmap Development: Translate complex technological possibilities into actionable product and business strategies for stakeholders.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key industry players and futurists to stay ahead of the curve.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the pilot programs for experimental technologies, managing risk and validating hypotheses.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic insights to the C-suite and board of directors in a clear, compelling manner.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor advancements to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of current and near-future technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and Digital Transformation.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term (5-10 years) and align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and written communication skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated success in navigating rapidly changing environments and pivoting strategies accordingly.
- Network: Established professional network within the tech and innovation sectors.
