Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the long-term technology roadmap, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the upcoming years.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to forecast their impact on the industry.
- Strategic Planning: Align technical strategy with business goals, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to drive growth and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and gain buy-in for bold strategic initiatives.
- Vendor & Partnership Evaluation: Assess external technology partners and potential acquisitions to enhance our competitive positioning.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic advisory role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, including SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of navigating ambiguity and driving solutions in dynamic environments.
