Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, IoT) to determine their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership, to prioritize initiatives.
- Oversee the pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-gen technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Establish governance frameworks for technology adoption and risk management.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders with a focus on ROI and scalability.
- Monitor global tech trends to anticipate disruptions and adapt our internal strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering major technical roadmaps for enterprise-level organizations.
- Strong understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically related to AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and leading large, distributed teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
