Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive, long-term technology strategy that aligns with Apex Innovations' business objectives and market opportunities.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain, etc.) and assess their potential impact on the industry.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for C-Suite executives and product teams to ensure buy-in.
- Resource Planning: Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to define resource allocation and budget requirements for strategic initiatives.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor technology stacks and strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and R&D initiatives to prototype and validate future-state technologies.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems architecture with a focus on long-term planning.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, including Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders and technical teams alike.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing organizational change.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
