You will work closely with our CTO, product leaders, and R&D teams to translate emerging trends into actionable business roadmaps. This is an opportunity to shape the trajectory of a leading technology firm, ensuring we remain ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Own and define the long-term technology roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Bio-tech).
- Prototype & Validate: Oversee proof-of-concept projects to validate the feasibility of new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Partnership Building: Establish partnerships with tech startups, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders.
- Resource Allocation: Advise on budgeting and resource allocation for future tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical consulting within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (Machine Learning, Blockchain, IoT, 5G).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically about the future and translate abstract concepts into concrete execution plans.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
