- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives aligned with 2026 vision
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, Web3) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Monitor KPIs for strategic initiatives and adjust frameworks based on performance data
- Lead scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology required; PhD preferred
