Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to identify strategic opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs focused on long-term problem solving.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for future initiatives.
- Assess risks associated with emerging technologies and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Deep understanding of technological trends expected in the 2026 timeframe.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of forecasting market shifts.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
