Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning emerging tech trends with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced IoT.
- Pilot and evaluate prototype technologies to determine feasibility, ROI, and integration strategies.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Establish thought leadership by publishing white papers and presenting at industry conferences on future tech trends.
- Oversee the digital transformation strategy, ensuring legacy systems are upgraded efficiently.
- Manage partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing technology trends ahead of the curve.
- Strong technical literacy with a deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels without jargon.
- Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA, MSc in Tech Strategy, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management is a plus.
