Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026 market impact potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and board members
- Drive innovation sprints focused on decentralized AI governance systems
- Manage R&D budget allocation for breakthrough projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or carbon capture tech
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps
