Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 3-year technology roadmap focused on 2026 goals and beyond.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging tech trends (e.g., AI, Robotics, Blockchain) and assess their potential business impact.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to evaluate feasibility and ROI of new technologies.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Monitor regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance with future tech standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Business Development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior executives.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and digital transformation methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
