Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting next-gen solutions (quantum, AR, bio-digital interfaces)
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through stakeholder negotiations
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting tech deployment
- Mentor innovation fellows in patent development and commercialization
- Drive partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years forecasting 5+ year horizons
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech from prototype to market
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Security clearance preferred for federal collaboration projects
