Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future technology adoption strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR, or decentralized systems
- Strong financial acumen with experience in technology investment analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Global network of tech innovators and industry influencers
