Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the execution of the long-term technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business growth strategies.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3, Autonomous Systems) to identify high-value opportunities for integration.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes affecting the tech sector.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex strategic visions to the C-Suite and Board of Directors, translating technical jargon into compelling business narratives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Feasibility Analysis: Assess the feasibility, cost-benefit, and risk factors of adopting new technologies.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Strategic Planning within a high-growth tech environment.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead, with a specific interest in the technological landscape of 2026.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and Software Development Lifecycle.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
