- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption impact

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in launching tech products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy (e.g., FTI, CTS)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
