Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging tech trend assessments for strategic advantage
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Secure and manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling technology teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Track record of securing $10M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
