Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to outline our technology roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond, identifying key disruption opportunities.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of generative AI and autonomous systems into our core product lines to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR, Edge Computing) and provide actionable insights to the R&D department.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and the engineering team.
- Partnerships: Evaluate and negotiate partnerships with future-tech startups and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in strategic technology planning, product management, or futurism, with a proven track record of delivering long-term roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, Blockchain, and Next-Gen Web technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically about the intersection of technology and business strategy.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
