Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and advanced automation.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends and evaluate their feasibility for integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to align technical vision with business goals.
- Pilot and prototype cutting-edge solutions to de-risk future development cycles.
- Define technical standards and governance for high-impact technology initiatives.
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Planning.
- Proven track record of leading technology strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expert knowledge of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and Data Science principles.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience in the fintech or enterprise software sectors is a major plus.
